D&B Digital is looking for a Director of Product Management for our Rev UP. Platform - the industry’s leading B2B CDP that empowers marketing & sales teams to run highly personalized campaigns across all channels (websites, emails, social, ads and sales).

 

The Director Product Manager will work closely with the engineering team to bring new capabilities to market. This role will focus on the RevUp Ads and Web modules enabling our customer to activate Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and detect first party intent through web visitor identification.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help define the product strategy and roadmap for the ads and web visitor intelligence modules of the RevUp platform
  • Guide the RevUp Ads and Web product owners to ensure development against a cohesive portfolio strategy
  • Research the market and competitive landscape to establish market winning strategies and positioning
  • Prioritize features with corresponding business justification and customer value
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope, prioritize and drive feature specifications
  • Present product capabilities, vision, value propositions, and roadmap briefings to customers, prospects, the D&B sales team, and at public events
  • Collaborate with strategic customers to ensure their success, handle critical issues, requirements analysis and product planning activities
  • Collaborate with product marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

AdTech-MarTech Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with MarTech or AdTech space.
  • Experience with an ABM platform, DSP, search, social or campaign management platform preferred
  • 1+ years of managing a team of product owners/managers
  • Prior experience with ads performance metrics and measurement (impression, click, conversion tracking), with knowledge of how tags/tag managers, cookies, device IDs, IP addresses can be used for measurement/tracking
  • An understanding of the advertising ecosystem – including knowledge of the various channels employed, changing trends within the marketplace, where advertisers spend their time/money, how fraud impacts the ecosystem, and how brand safety is best or most commonly approached
  • An understanding the role agencies play into the ads ecosystem, and the potential benefit from our solutions and collaboration with mutual customers

Product Management Experience

  • Strong data and analysis skills, and solid understanding of big data & application integration
  • Ability to go deep into technology and relate customer use cases to technical enhancements. You love speaking with customers and learning more about their product needs.
  • Evangelist. You are an evangelist and will be tasked with communicating your priorities to internal and external parties.
  • Ability to communicate both business and technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneur – You are motivated and committed to driving products from start to finish and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves

Education

  • Bachelors in a technical or business discipline required, graduate degree in computer sciences or advanced business degree preferred

Certifications

  • Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics certification
  • Google Ads/Facebook Ads/LinkedIn Ads certification
