We’re seeking a Director of Product Management for Digital Solutions responsible for working with the Head of Platform Engineering, you will product manage the design, develop, and implement our next generation digital platform for crypto services. As part of this effort, you will build and lead a team of seasoned product managers to develop our next generation crypto service offerings. You will be an evangelist on the importance of elegant simplicity and beautiful design in everything we do that touches a customer. The Director of Product Management for Digital Solutions is a senior member of the Product Management team and reports directly to the Head of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of seasoned product managers skilled in Crypto service offerings
• Lead the Product Management of our cross platform crypto financial services.
• Work with product marketing management to develop launch plans and pricing strategies for each service.
• Develop internal training material to ensure readiness of support organization.
• Coordinate with compliance, security and legal to ensure services meet current policies, standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Graduate degree in one these fields is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a minimum of five years in a senior product leadership role. Previous software engineering experience is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile environment with previous experience in a SCRUM role (Master or PO)
• Current certification in Product Management, SCRUM or PMI-ACP
• A builder with extensive experience in financial services products. Previous experience in Crypto, DeFI and/or Blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Exceptional communicator with strong written, oral and presentation skills.
• A passion for Crypto and Blockchain technologies and the possibilities that they offer to achieve economic inclusion for all.
