Job Description

This team is responsible for Aetna Health Portfolio and all digital products; as well as the development and execution of the digital road map. A key part of the responsibility is to build an integrated platform that enables the delivery of products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness. We want you to be a part of the team that will build this next generation platform.
This role will:
*Partner with engineering, product and design experts on delivering significant product initiatives
*Collaborate with the business owners and product team to identify impacts to Aetna Health portals
*Drive requirements gathering discussions, understand technical dependencies and communicate requirements to engineering.
*Have strong ability to understand and communicate business needs along with knowledge of healthcare processes, products and systems;
*Write detailed feature requirements.
*Create and maintain mapping documents to assist with service/ API requirements and data needs
*Have the technical background to understand and explain the interfaces needed for our features, including APIc, API's and services.
*Perform analysis on Aetna Health features to become knowledgeable as a subject matter expert
*Understand and explain solution sketches and integration architecture diagrams
*Must be able to examine a swagger for the API's and identify any gaps or issues.
*Have ability to collaborate with teams working in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
*Be detail oriented, with ability to manage risk and timelines
*Have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities.
*Train and communicate product features and value to internal and external partners.
*Have ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and programs.
*Act as a liaison between Aetna Health and other programs and assist in cross program coordination
Required Qualifications
*5+ years of experience in business analysis
*1+ year of experience in healthcare insurance

Preferred Qualifications
*Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe practices.
*Interpersonal and strong communication skills with ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external constituencies.
*Working knowledge and understanding of API framework with ability to read and understand API Swaggers and solution sketches.
*Working knowledge of data, data types and transformations to assist with data mapping activities
*Ability to conduct independent research and clearly document and communicate researched information
*Ability to create and maintain mapping documents to assist with service/ API requirements and data needs
*Ability to work with Apple Mac computers
*Rally knowledge
*Previous Aetna experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
