Job Description
- Serves as Product Implementation Manager for Aetna Digital Customizations team. Leads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products.
- Provides thought leadership in support of business direction, supporting leaders with organization and delivery of project work
- Works efficiently and independently, meeting deliverables and deadlines
- Provides subject matter expertise - explaining product vision to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered
- Collaborates with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items that align to Iteration Objectives
- Demonstrates an ability to be agile, managing multiple priorities at one time, and adapting to change with enthusiasm
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Leads the team in identifying dependencies and tradeoffs as well as problem solving risks
- Identify the potential enablers and spikes for discussion in the Program Increment
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product development in a healthcare, digital, or regulated business setting.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects from discovery, through implementation, and to delivery and support.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare.
- This is a remote position supporting all time zones.
- The ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non- technical audiences of various levels in the organization (i.e., executive, management, individual contributors).
- Good business acumen skills.
- Familiarity with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Education
Bachelor Degree or 5+ Years Equivalent Work Experience
