Product Portfolio Operations Manager
You will be responsible to shape the direction of services delivery teams to deliver a clear and consistent approach to delivering and measuring the impact of business outcomes. Leveraging your expert agile and Jira-align knowledge and extensive management experience, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that push continuous improvement, drive standardization and enable easier use of tooling and reporting. Your ability to exercise creativity, foresight, and judgment will be critical in shaping the future of our business practices.
As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Stakeholders, Agile Partners and Corporate Tech to establish standard methodologies, taxonomies and reporting for Portfolio Objectives management across teams.
  • In line with Business Review formats, develop reporting dashboards to provide regular updates on progress of Objectives for senior leaders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to drive impactful quarterly planning for business objectives.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of Jira-align and PI products and managing relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
  • Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise in Jira/Jira-Align and PI tools - including development of integrated reporting
  • Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and the application in product development and delivery organization
