Product Training Specialist II
We are seeking a Product Training Specialist II to join our global Product Training team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps travel agencies and commercial partners master software solutions to maximize booking efficiency and reduce customer friction. As a Product Training Specialist II, you will manage the delivery and continuous improvement of core product training curriculum across regions. Operating at the contributor level, you will independently facilitate classroom and digital learning environments to turn everyday users into experts. You will use operational judgment to solve moderate training delivery challenges and ensure global standards remain sharp. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational discipline and the confidence to challenge outdated educational workflows.
What you'll do
Lead interactive onsite and virtual training sessions on Sabre solutions to drive practical application for global customers.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with software release cycles and customer requirements.
Update instructional materials consistently to ensure training content reflects current product functionality and global standards.
Evaluate learner progress using structured feedback data to continuously elevate training program quality.
Use generative AI tools and automation to accelerate content creation, improve reporting and scale customized learning paths.
What you'll bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in product training or technical enablement within the travel technology or software as a service (SaaS) industry.
Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
Strong track record of managing training projects independently to meet team performance goals.
Solid experience using virtual collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex to facilitate learning.
Practical experience using generative AI or analytics tools to increase productivity and improve learning outcomes.
