The Role
Your Challenges :

We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our team!

Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our sales team and dealers.

You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to the audience and enhances their knowledge and competence to succeed in the field.

Your missions will be the following:

- Build quarterly and annual training program in alignment with the global and application teams ensuring all resources (location, tools, people, budget…) are planned for.

- Prepare a yearly budget for all trainings and workshops ensuring budget is managed appropriately

- Organize, lead, and deliver training to sales teams and dealers whether on-site or remote with clear communication

- Working with key stakeholders (internal and external) ensuring training is delivered within agreed timelines

- Keeping up to date with all the latest product information/competition/applications so that training to end-users is always current and up to date.

- Define calibration/certification tools to track success and progress, recording assessments and certification and sharing with all appropriate functions.

- Evaluate the efficacy of the training by engaging attendees with surveys to measure KPIs and drive a culture of continuous improvement

- Translate requirements into trainings that will keep updated Account Managers/dealers for new trends, competition, value propositions, applications, workflows and solutions

- Support the production of training materials incl. classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals with cross-functional stakeholders aligned to brand guidelines.

- Periodically update programs and content to ensure that they reflect any changes in alignment with Global and application teams

- Stay abreast of the new trends, technology and tools in delivering training so we can drive innovation

- Ensure the training supports and is aligned to the sales process and is customer focus to drive the success of account managers and dealers in the field.

Your Profile

Training, professional experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting or having conducted training to sales/dealers

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

• Completed (Master’s or Bachelor’s) degree in Science or a Science and business combination

• Life Science industry experience in an international setting and in a matrix organization considered ideal

Professional skills, special knowledge

(e.g. languages, IT):

• Presentation and communication skills to a variety of audiences

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills

• An understanding of the sales process ideal

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents

• Strong English skills both verbal and written - additional European language considered an advantage

• Min. 30% travel in Europe
