Position Overview:  

This role exists as part of the product department to build and lead Anchanto’s training and enablement programs, including the Anchanto Academy. The role is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling structured training initiatives for internal employees, customers, and prospects. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent onboarding, product knowledge, and customer education across regions. The manager will also leverage modern tools (e.g., Figma, Synthesia, LMS platforms) to create engaging and effective learning experiences, while working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and retention. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run Anchanto Academy as a structured training and certification program for employees, customers, and prospects. 
  • Build training content (video, interactive, and written formats) using tools such as Veed, EasyGenerator, Figma, Synthesia, and LMS platforms. 
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and CS teams to translate product knowledge into scalable enablement material. 
  • Own and manage the training calendar, aligning programs with product releases, onboarding cycles, and business needs. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on training adoption, completion, and impact on customer success and internal alignment. 
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date training assets and ensure accessibility across teams and regions. 
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage external vendors or contributors as needed to deliver at scale. 
  • Continuously improve training design and delivery methods based on learner feedback and adoption metrics. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Learning & Development, or related field. 

Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in training, enablement, or L&D, with proven ownership of end-to-end programs. Prior experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or supply chain technology is a strong plus. 

Skills:  

  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development expertise. 
  • Proficiency in training/learning tools (Figma, Synthesia, Articulate, LMS platforms). 
  • Experience creating multimedia training assets (video, interactive guides, playbooks). 
  • Ability to translate complex product concepts into simple, engaging training. 
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple programs in parallel. 
  • Understanding of SaaS, e-commerce, or supply chain domain would be a bonus. 
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
