Job Responsibility:
- Work with related product, design and application engineers to define, develop and ensure quality of testing methodologies;
- Develop test hardware and software for AMPD products, include automotive or non-auto products;
- Evaluate device characteristics;
- Assist Product Engineers and Device Engineers in product evaluation and qualification;
- Responsible for testing related SW (test program) & HW (probe card/load board) implementation from engineering to production on project schedule;
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work;
- Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality;
- Support production test partners such as FAB, FMO, foundry and test house;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above with EE (Master is preferred), Communication or Automation related major
- Good skill at C/C++ or any other code experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English (CET-6) and Mandarin require to liaise with US and Europe.
- Experience/Education in Project Management will be an advantage
- Willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.
