职位概述：

现诚聘一名注重细节、专业严谨的产品测试工程师加入团队。该岗位主要负责工业仪器，尤其是气体检测产品的硬件测试支持、产品标签设计、技术文档编写及实验室维护工作。理想候选人应具备良好的逻辑思维、文字表达和沟通能力。该岗位将在保障产品测试、标签、技术文档及测试数据的准确性、规范性、合规性和及时性方面发挥关键作用，为产品研发、生产制造、销售支持、认证及售后服务提供有力支持。

主要职责：

1. 产品功能测试
   • 根据产品测试标准测试气体检测仪检测结果的线性度、一致性、响应速度等气体检测功能参数。
   • 测试产品气体检测功能/显示时间/环境温度的长期稳定性。
   • 测试手持气体检测仪续航时间和电池充电稳定性及效率。
   • 完成测试执行，数据收集，完成报告和问题跟踪。
   • 记录测试发现，并与工程、质量、制造和产品团队协作，支持问题及时解决和产品改进。
   • 严格遵守实验室各设备操作指导书，保证测试流程规范。
2. 产品可靠性测试
   • 依据适用的国家及国际标准，如 GB、IEC、EN 标准，以及公司内部规范，执行开发阶段的可靠性试验。
   • 执行测试环境试验（高低温工作，耐高温高湿，温度冲击等）并记录样品试验前后状态，反馈测试结果并对测试结果进行初步分析。
   • 执行机械性能试验（跌落，防尘防水等），试验后拆样检查机械结构，反馈测试结果并对测试结果进行初步分析。
3. 研发实验室维护
   • 根据实验室管理要求对实验室设备，仪器，文件，工具等进行日常管理。
   • 保持实验室日常工作符合5S体系要求。
4. 产品标签设计与维护
   • 依据适用的国家及国际标准，如 GB、IEC、EN 标准，以及公司内部规范，设计并维护产品标签。
   • 确保标签内容准确反映产品名称、型号、技术参数、警示信息、认证标识、生产信息及其他法规或产品要求信息。
   • 与工程、质量、法规和制造团队协作确认标签内容，确保其与产品设计、合规要求及实际使用需求保持一致。
   • 使用标签设计工具或专业设计软件制作、优化并维护标签模板，确保标签清晰、易读、适合印刷，并在不同产品线之间保持一致。
   • 审核和验证印刷后的产品标签，检查内容准确性、格式一致性、印刷质量及合规性，并协调及时修正发现的问题。
   • 根据产品升级、标准变更或法规更新，及时更新标签模板，并做好版本控制和归档记录，确保可追溯性。
5. 技术文档编写与维护
   • 编制、更新并维护各类技术文档，包括产品使用说明书、安装指南、维护手册、技术规格书、快速指南、安全信息及故障排查指南等。
   • 从工程和产品团队收集技术输入，包括产品工作原理、结构、操作流程、维护要求、技术规格及设计变更，并将其整理为清晰、结构化、以用户为导向的文档内容。
   • 确保技术文档符合适用的行业标准、法规要求及公司内部文档控制流程，并保持术语、格式和文件结构的一致性。
   • 基于不同用户群体的需求优化文档的可读性和实用性，包括操作人员、维护人员、客户、认证机构及内部相关方。
   • 在需要时协调翻译资源，审核多语言技术文档，确保其与已批准的源文件版本保持一致。
   • 负责文档版本管理，跟踪文件更新情况，确保相关部门使用当前已批准版本，并对旧版本文件进行归档以保证可追溯性。

任职要求：

1. 机械工程、电子工程、仪器仪表工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 至少 2 年产品研发测试、产品工程或相关岗位工作经验；具有工业仪器、气体检测产品或制造业经验者优先。
3. 具有电子产品功能测试经验者优先。
4. 具有可靠性测试经验，熟悉各类GB, ISO, EN等可靠性试验标准者优先。
5. 熟练使用 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint；有 Adobe Illustrator、CorelDRAW 或标签设计专用软件使用经验者优先。
6. 具备良好的报告整理能力，能够将复杂测试结果整理为清晰、逻辑严谨、准确且便于团队理解的文档内容。
7. 注重细节，能够准确核对测试结果，降低错误风险。
8. 熟悉工业仪器领域以及产品标签、技术文档、BOM 管理相关的行业标准和法规要求，如 GB、IEC、EN 标准者优先。
9. 学习能力强，能够快速掌握新产品知识、软件系统、内部流程及适用标准。
10. 具备基础英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文件和标准。

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Product Test and Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on hardware testing support, product label design, technical documentation development, and laboratory maintenance for industrial instruments, with a particular focus on gas detection products. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, compliance, and timely release of product testing outputs, labels and technical documents to support product development, manufacturing, sales, certification, and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Function Test
   • Test gas detector performance parameters such as linearity, consistency, and response speed according to product testing standards. 
   • Evaluate the long-term stability of the product's gas detection function, display time, and ambient temperature. 
   • Test battery life, charging stability, and efficiency of handheld gas detectors. 
   • Execute tests, collect data, generate reports, and track issues. 
   • Document test findings and collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and product teams to support timely resolution of issues and product improvements. 
   • Strictly follow equipment operating procedures in the laboratory to ensure standardized testing processes.
2. Product Reliability Test
   • Conduct reliability testing during the development phase in accordance with applicable national and international standards such as GB, IEC, EN, as well as internal company specifications. 
   • Perform environmental tests (including high/low temperature operation, high-temperature and high-humidity resistance, thermal shock, etc.), record the condition of samples before and after testing, report test results, and carry out preliminary analysis. 
   • Conduct mechanical performance tests (such as drop test, dust and water protection), inspect the mechanical structure after testing, report test results, and perform initial analysis.
3. RD Laboratory Maintenance
   • According to the laboratory management requirements, conduct daily management of laboratory equipment, instruments, documents, tools, etc.
   • Maintain that the daily work of the laboratory complies with the 5S system requirements.
4. Product Label Design and Maintenance
   • Design and maintain product labels in accordance with applicable national and international standards, such as GB, IEC, and EN standards, as well as internal company requirements.
   • Ensure label content accurately reflects product name, model, technical parameters, warning statements, certification marks, production information, and other required regulatory or product information.
   • Work with engineering, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to confirm label content and ensure alignment with product design, compliance requirements, and practical application needs.
   • Use label design tools or professional design software to create, optimize, and maintain label templates, ensuring clarity, readability, printability, and consistency across product lines.
   • Review and verify printed labels for content accuracy, format consistency, print quality, and compliance, and coordinate timely correction of any identified issues.
   • Update label templates in response to product upgrades, standard changes, or regulatory updates, and maintain proper version control and archival records for traceability.
5. Technical Documentation
   • Develop, update, and maintain technical documents, including product user manuals, installation guides, maintenance manuals, technical specifications, quick start guides, safety information, and troubleshooting guides.
   • Collect technical inputs from engineering and product teams, including product operating principles, structure, operating procedures, maintenance requirements, technical specifications, and design changes, and translate them into clear, structured, and user-oriented documentation.
   • Ensure technical documents comply with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal documentation control procedures, using consistent terminology, formatting, and document structure.
   • Improve documentation readability and usability based on the needs of different users, including operators, maintenance personnel, customers, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders.
   • Coordinate with translation resources when required, review multilingual documentation, and ensure consistency with the approved source version.

   • Manage document versions, track document updates, ensure that current and approved versions are available to relevant departments, and archive superseded versions for traceability.

     
     

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in product research and development testing, product engineering or related positions; candidates with experience in industrial instruments, gas detection products or manufacturing industries are preferred.
3. Experience in electronic product functional testing is preferred.
4. Experience in reliability testing and familiarity with various reliability test standards such as GB, ISO, EN are preferred.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; candidates with experience using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or label design-specific software are preferred.
6. Possess good report organization skills and be able to organize complex test results into clear, logically rigorous, accurate and easy-to-understand document content for the team.
7. Pay attention to details and be able to accurately verify test results to reduce error risks.
8. Familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the field of industrial instruments and product labels, technical documents, BOM management, such as GB, IEC, EN standards, are preferred.
9. Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new product knowledge, software systems, internal processes and applicable standards.
10. Have basic English reading and writing skills, able to read English technical documents and standards.
