We’re looking for an experienced Product Team Lead to join our growing Product Department. In this role, you’ll lead product initiatives end-to-end — from conception to launch and beyond. You’ll build and guide a team of talented product managers, define strategies, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative, high-quality, accessible products.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader with a balance of inbound and outbound product management experience, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for crafting great user experiences. Accessibility knowledge is an advantage.

You are expected to:
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and end-of-life, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and ownership.
- Develop and maintain a clear, data-driven product roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer pain points, and product opportunities.
- Define and optimize user journeys, ensuring exceptional UX across products and customer touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and ownership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful, scalable products.
- Create prototypes and rough UI flows for engineering teams using vibe coding tools.
- Manage one product line directly while overseeing and guiding two product managers.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance product experiences and internal efficiency.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to inform product decisions and measure success.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management with a proven record of leading successful product launches. - A MUST
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading product teams (2+ members). - A MUST
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant field; Computer Science or Industrial Engineering – advantage.
- Strong technical background and an ability to converse fluently with engineering teams.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to both define strategy and execute tactically.
- Experience balancing inbound (research, strategy, UX) and outbound (go-to-market, customer engagement) product responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with experience using data tools.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Deep passion for UX, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Alignment with accessiBe’s mission and core values.
- Up to 20% travel
- Accessibility WCAG, ADA background – advantage.
