Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Team Assistant to support our Product Team. This role will be based out of our Budapest office and is a unique opportunity to enhance the productivity of our leadership by managing complex logistics and key communications. You will ensure our leaders are prepared, organised, and focused on our mission to save billions for customers globally.
Your ability to anticipate needs and streamline administrative processes will be pivotal to your success in this role.

As a member of the BOSS (Business Operations and Support Services) team, you’re a culture leader and a tactical partner. You own the logistics that keep our leaders focused on our mission, ensuring they are always prepared, effective, and empowered to drive Wise forward.
Your Mission
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Independently manage complex diaries across multiple locations and time zones for two or more senior leaders. You will proactively protect their time, carving out dedicated blocks for document review and strategic thinking. You’ll also secure internal/external meeting rooms, register guests with reception as required.
- Travel & Logistics: Research and book comprehensive travel and accommodation. You will also manage Visa applications and arrange courier services as needed.
- Compliance & Document Administration: Process expenses and invoices in compliance with company policies. You may also assist with email inbox management as well as Workday approvals and other system-related tasks. You will maintain and update key document repositories including shared drives, Confluence pages and agendas.
- Event Coordination: Organise and support team events, offsites, squad days, and socials. You will partner with stakeholders like the Workplace Team and UT to ensure the smooth running of the business and coordinate events that have a tangible impact on team culture.
- Team Collaboration: Positively contribute to the BOSS Team by providing active support and cover for other members. You will participate in Mission Days, and squad days.
- Ad-hoc Support: You will provide ad-hoc administrative support as required for other members of the team.
- Culture Champion: Positively contribute to making Wise a great place to work.
Who you are
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Team Assistant (TA), ideally within a high-growth, global company.
- A track record of managing complex diaries across multiple time zones and handling end-to-end travel logistics (including Visas).
- Experience with expense processing and invoice management, with a high regard for policy compliance.
- Expert in Google Suite (or similar) and collaboration tools like Slack, with the ability to maintain organised digital doc repositories.
- You embrace opportunities to learn and grow, quickly adapting to new procedures and handling unexpected changes with ease.
- You pride yourself on delivering well-organised, error-free work that reflects a high standard of professionalism.
- You have the right to work in Hungary.

Our Hiring Process
- Application Review: We evaluate your experience in administrative, team assistant, or executive support roles, particularly in managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Quick Chat with a Recruiter (30 mins): A brief introductory call via Google Meet to discuss your skills, relevant background, salary expectations, notice period, and alignment with Wise.
- First Interview with the Team (60 mins): A conversation focused on administrative expertise, complex diary and travel management, technical and collaboration tools, and stakeholder support.
- Second Interview with the Stakeholders (60 mins): We evaluate your relationship-building capabilities and assess your core motivation to drive impact at Wise.
- Final Interview (20 mins): An in-person meet-up with one of our BOSS team members to get the sense of what it is to work in the team.
