We are currently seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our team in Hungary. This role is key in ensuring smooth operation and incident management for our Value Added Services (VAS) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and administration for Value Added Services
  • Collaborate closely with 1st level support to resolve incidents
  • Work with the product team to analyze, prio ritize, and address escalated issues
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure timely incident resolution
  • Support the implementation of new functionalities, including active participation in internal testing
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders in English (daily working language)
  • Contribute to product management processes through feedback and collaboration

Requirements

  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Solid knowledge of IT tools and applications: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, JIRA
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level (both written and spoken) and Hungarian native
