JOB DESCRIPTION:

1-800 Radiator & A/C, a Driven Brands company, is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our team in the automotive aftermarket industry. The Product Support Specialist is a vital position within a rapidly growing enterprise. Focused on automotive parts content creation, high performers in this role have an opportunity to develop their knowledge and understanding of our business model, develop specialized auto parts cataloging skills, quickly assume additional responsibilities, and have preferred access to promotional opportunities! 

 

How you will Own It:

The successful Product Support Specialist will demonstrate a familiarity of the automotive industry focusing on vehicle make and models, vehicle systems and parts, and their functional relationships. You must be an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Keys to success in this role include knowledge and experience in the following areas: 

  • Automotive repair and replacement parts industry. 

  • Analytical and mechanical aptitude. 

  • Customer service oriented. 

  • Self-starter, independently improving working methods and practices. 

  • Ability to multi-task and adaptable to shifting priorities 

  • Maintain Service Level Agreement for inbound support requests.  

  • Conduct regular catalog quality assurance reviews and corrections. 

  • Submit catalog updates while adhering to the Best Practices and Standards. 

  • Tier 1 vehicle system diagnosis 

  • Communicate with external trading partners to resolve product concerns. 

  • Digital asset management 

  • External catalog publication in the Autocare.org standard 

What you’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience within the automotive parts or repair sector 

  • Practical computer literacy 

  • Experience with MS Office Suite 

 

Added Fuel if you have:

  • Familiarity with Autocare.org standardized data. 

  • Experience in MS SQL, MS ACCESS, or similar database mining language. 

  • Experience with an Automotive PIM system 

Position Location:

California

Compensation Range:

$79,200.00 - $141,500.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
