We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to work with customers to coordinate service and support efforts. This position is a blend of Tier 1 technical support and customer support, working with administrators and customers, by email, chat, and phone.
Product Support responsibilities include:- Responding to customer inquiries, via email, chat, and phone to resolve tickets
- Identify issues and define them clearly
- Provide internal support and troubleshooting to customer success and implementation teams
- Technical abilities: familiarity with software and ability to troubleshoot common issues
- AI-Forward mindset: Hands-on AI experience that goes beyond chat
- Customer service skills: outstanding interpersonal skills to serve our customers
- Communication skills: proficient written and verbal communication
- Problem solving: strong ability to identify and solve problems
- Technical college or relevant education is preferred
- Upbeat, positive, and friendly personality that energizes those around you
- Prior experience with Intercom or comparable ticketing systems is preferred
- Prior technical support experience in a Saas environment is preferred

This position is a full-time, in-person role, onsite in Lehi, Utah.
