The Job’s Mission

At Stryker, we’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Joint Replacement division, supporting both traditional and robotic-assisted (Mako) procedures.

This is a hands-on, field-based clinical role where you will work directly in the operating room, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver best-in-class outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring procedural excellence, driving adoption of advanced technologies, and supporting the growth of our business in Southern Italy, with a strong focus on Sicily.

What You Will Do

  • Provide on-site clinical support in the operating room during joint replacement procedures (manual and Mako robotic-assisted)

  • Deliver product training to surgeons, theatre staff, and broader healthcare professionals

  • Support and grow relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring a high level of service

  • Partner closely with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager to execute local strategy

  • Manage consignment stock and theatre inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and availability

  • Lead and support product evaluations, trials, and clinical events

  • Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations

  • Act as a trusted advisor, communicating product value and clinical application effectively

  • Monitor customer needs and collaborate with sales to identify new business opportunities

  • Maintain a structured approach to your territory through daily, weekly, and monthly planning

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field

  • At least 4+ years of experience in healthcare

  • Experience in orthopaedics

  • Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)

  • Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent flights

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with orthopaedic implants or joint replacement

  • Previous exposure to operating room dynamics

  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., tenders)

  • Commercial mindset or prior exposure to sales environments

Italy Pay Ranges:

  • Italy: €41,300 - €68,800 EUR Annual
