Imperva Product Support Intern

Job Summary

The Product Support Intern is a self-starter, looking for a unique growth opportunity. This intern will be responsible for an array of tasks and projects that will challenge, inspire, and pave the foundational building blocks of their career.

As a Product Support Intern you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries utilizing both phone and Service Now case management system
  • Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer satisfaction.
  • Write and update knowledge base articles
  • Gain experience working in Cybersecurity 
  • Observe, analyze, and propose process improvements suggestions and/or reports

Qualifications:

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to Document a Technical Issue for escalation
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Displays excellent judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm
  • Located in Manila so that you would be able to travel to work atleast 3 days a week
  • Available to work full-time Monday-Friday
  • Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science or other related IT degree.
