Why is this role important to us?

The Service Delivery Consultant at SimCorp plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring that service processes are executed efficiently and effectively. With typically 1-3 years of experience in service delivery or a related field, this role assists in managing service delivery activities, monitoring performance, and addressing client concerns. The Service Delivery Consultant collaborates with internal teams to help meet client expectations and drive continuous service improvements.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Assist in the execution of service delivery activities, ensuring services are provided in line with client expectations and business objectives
  • Monitor service performance against service level agreements (SLAs), reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery processes and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide support during client interactions, helping to address concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate service delivery documentation, including reports, records, and client-facing materials
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving service delivery issues, escalating when necessary
  • Contribute to process improvements and service delivery optimization, helping to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Participate in meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on service performance
  • Support the development and implementation of new services or enhancements to existing services
