The Role
The Product Support Assistant will manage stock deliveries, assist with inventory documentation and transfers, support order fulfillment, and handle other retail operations tasks as assigned.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving of incoming stocks and deliveries.
- Assist in the transfers / returns of outgoing stocks.
- Ensuring all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order.
- Delivering of duty-free orders into departure gate holding rooms prior to gate closing for travelers.
- Assist in the storage of inventory in the back end storage / office.
- Assist to top up display stocks at the stores
- Assist in IShop Changi fulfilment in the picking and packing of orders
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers.
Requirements
- GCE O Level or NITEC
- Physically fit and strong to handle movements of heavy loads and carton boxes
- Organised and self-motivated
- Able to thrive under pressure
- Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage.
