Product Support Analyst II

• Provide high-volume inbound phone support to external customers (Merchants, Resellers, ISOs)
• Handle approximately 30 calls and/or support tickets per day
• Support financial, sales, and payment processing inquiries, including transactions, funding, billing, and ACH
• Research, document, and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Create and manage support tickets and follow up until resolution
• Provide basic Level 1 technical support and coordinate with internal teams
• Meet established performance, productivity, and quality standards
• Contract under the CLT  model

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience in phone-based customer support, preferably in financial services or payment processing
• Ability to manage high call and ticket volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of transactions, billing, ACH, and payment workflows
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Experience using CRM systems and support tools
• A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
