Product Support Analyst II

We are looking for a Prodcut Support Analyst II who will:

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and screen sharing for users in Colombia.

• Troubleshoot issues related to Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom, Dynamics 365, and basic hardware/software.

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and OS issues (Windows/macOS).

• Accurately document cases and identify recurring technical problems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Contribute to knowledge base and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with senior management

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with peers and senior management

• Proven ability to function independently and as part of a team

• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
