As a Product Strategy & Transformation Lead you will shape and drive the vision, development, and delivery of PRM products and solutions that support Jetstar’s revenue and digital transformation goals. You’ll lead product strategy, manage the pipeline, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions aligned with commercial objectives.

In this role, you will develop and communicate compelling product strategies and roadmaps, identify new opportunities through market research and stakeholder engagement, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance revenue management outcomes. You’ll translate strategy into end-to-end delivery, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. Acting as a change leader, you will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption through clear communication and data-driven insights. With a focus on continuous improvement,

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years in product strategy, product ownership, commercial strategy or revenue management roles
  • Experience in aviation or travel industry preferred
  • Experience with transformational projects
  • Proficiency in product management, design, and analysis principles; experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically
  • Skilled at translating commercial strategy into actionable initiatives and products
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills to support informed decision-making
  • Ability to champion transformational change through clear communication and evidence-based decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional collaboration
