Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.
We seek a senior trading product manager to join the Trading Experience team. The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.
What You'll Be Doing

Conduct in-depth market research, gather user insights and identify the latest trends/topics in the Crypto/Web3 industry, bringing positive influence to the product roadmap.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support business growth and product optimization.

Collaborate effectively with token listing & other web3 business teams to develop effective growth strategies.

Develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for listing on both Spot and Derivatives markets.

Through the analysis of data and feedback from our customers, you will help to identify feasible listing strategies that can help us improve new user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
What We Look For In You

5-8 years of experience in Product Strategy / Product Management.

Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science / Engineering related with MBA as an added bonus.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential.

Strong interest in the Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain industry.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
