We’re looking for a Product Strategist to join our Business Strategy & Growth Team at LegalMatch. In this high-impact role, you'll champion business outcomes across a wide range of product initiatives—new features, product offerings, campaigns, and enhancements. Your work will directly drive conversions, retention, reduce churn, and boost user engagement, helping shape the future of LegalMatch’s platform.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business results
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and user experience enhancements
- Launch and refine campaigns or features to improve conversion, retention, and engagement
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes
- Create business cases and success metrics for proposed initiatives
- Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall business objectives
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Track performance post-launch and iterate based on data
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Support
- Influence product roadmap through business-focused insights
- 5+ years in product strategy, product marketing, or business analysis roles
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams
- Skilled in using data to support decision-making and drive results
