Position Summary
You will support the development and delivery of product strategies that improve patient care and drive business impact by translating global brand strategy into clear, actionable local plans. Working closely with commercial, medical, market access and digital colleagues, you will engage with HCPs and key customers, ensure cross‑functional alignment and compliance, and help optimise local investment and performance. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

        

  • Support to execute and ensure compliance with the Brand Plan in accordance with the company's strategic guidelines.
  • Coordinate the Brand Team, integrating all areas/functions involved and ensuring their coordination and alignment.
  • Prepare customer-facing materials and training for the sales force and other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular engagement with HCPs, key clients and patient groups to gather insights and validate local tactic.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and performance metrics to inform tactical adjustments.
  • Manage promotional budgets and vendor relationships to optimize local investment.
  • Support internal brand governance and ensure all activities follow legal, regulatory and company standards.

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish. Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
  • Good understanding of healthcare stakeholders and the commercial environment in Spain.
  • Able to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the local office and travel across Spain as required.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s).
  • Experience working within autoimmune diseases area; experience with hospital products and/or biological drugs would be a plus.
  • Experience supporting brand plan development.
  • Familiarity with digital engagement tools and omnichannel marketing.
  • Track record of coordinating cross-functional brand teams.
  • Experience managing promotional budgets and external agencies.
  • Advanced English level (C1).

Location and working model

This role is based in Spain and operates in a hybrid working model. You will be expected to attend the local office regularly and travel within Spain for stakeholder engagement and meetings.

Spanish Salary Range / Rango salarial en España: EUR 37,425 to EUR 62,375The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
