The Product Specialist role is exciting opportunity is part of our Vacuum Mart Division, where you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and customers by combining deep product knowledge with a consultative approach. Reporting to the Business Segment Manager, this role focuses on customer interaction and multi-product solutions that drive results.
Job Details:  
  • Type of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Jefferson Hills, PA
  • Division/Department: Vac Mart/Product Management  
  • Reports to: Business Segment Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned product lines and their applications
  • Provide technical support to the sales team and directly engage with customers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on quality issues, product development, marketing content, and ERP data
  • Train and motivate the sales force on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments like Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing
  • Assist in identifying new applications and market opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical aptitude 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
