As a Product Demonstration Specialist, you will be the all-around product expert, working with teams across the organization and with prospects of Curve Dental software. You’ll ensure that the product-related knowledge our clients receive is accurate, thorough, and relevant to them. You will uncover and understand common user issues and drive cross-functional teams to resolve them. Using your analytical skills, along with customer feedback, you’ll prepare presentations that will place our company and solutions in the best light.
In this role you will:
- Be an expert in Curve Dental software, services, and partners
- Provide product demonstrations & position our technology against other solutions in our market
- Identify product opportunities; write up solutions, prioritize, and interface with Development team to represent what the market is looking for in our products
- Assist in the creation of educational materials such as user guides, process flow charts, training materials, etc.
- Responsible for staying on top of and analyzing market trends.
- Collaborate with Development, in a team setting, on product enhancements/customer requests
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Great skills at leading discussions and interacting with people
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Proficiency with products interacting in a web-based cloud, environment, preferably in the dental space
- Proficiency in MSSQL a plus
- Good working knowledge of healthcare claims/encounter data
- Solid presentation skills
- Be a highly motivated self-starter with ability to do back-to-back presentations
Background and Experience:
- 3- 5 years’ experience in cloud-centric dental software
- Experience in US healthcare operations
