The Role
We’re looking for a Product Specialist to help customers unlock the full potential of Numeric. This role sits at the intersection of customer success (what we call Solutions), product, and operations, making it perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing workflows, and scaling impact. You are driven by curiosity and a deep desire to master every aspect of the product. You believe there is always more to learn and continuously seek ways to refine your expertise.
This is a 100% in-person role based in our offices in San Francisco or New York City.
What You’ll Do

Become a product expert – Provide hands-on guidance, troubleshoot issues, and offer tailored solutions to drive adoption.

Bridge customer feedback & product – Capture insights from users and translate them into actionable product improvements.

Scale knowledge & training – Build resources (guides, templates, FAQs) to streamline customer success.

Optimize internal processes – Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements as Numeric scales.
This role has high growth potential as over time, you can expand into Solutions, Product, or Operations, with a clear path to Solutions Manager and beyond.
What You Bring

2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or at a high-growth SaaS startup.
