The Client Presentation Generator team creates compelling presentations for 5,000+ associates using an automation tool that shapes the path to reinforce best practices that progress opportunities faster, resulting in higher retention and growth rates.
 

Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) is a division within Gartner which encompasses Sales Technology, Sales Productivity, Territory Planning & Analytics, Sales Learning & Development, Operational Management, and Sales Communications & Proposals.

What you will do:

  • The Product Specialist will work alongside our sales, product owner and technical teams to launch and continuously improve our automated client facing documents leading to higher retention and growth rates

  • Help write requirement with the use of Jira software day in and day out

  • Capturing feature request for backlog prioritization

  • Partner with Product Manager to create / update technical requirements

  • Increase velocity of India based development team through local requirement clarification

  • Support timely launch communication creation leveraging best practice templates

  • Reduce Product Manager time spent on support through enabling Tech Support channels and increasing availability and usability of self-service options

  • Lead project management efforts by through establishing milestones and timelines with task owners, monitor progress to ensure on time delivery, provide periodic updates to stakeholders on progress and red flags

  • Managing inbox, enquiries on product from users and stakeholders

  • Support ad hoc analytical projects

Who you will need:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from an institute of repute

  • Solid examples of having used interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads

  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and can clearly present and articulate ideas through presentations

  • Technical background – knowledge of JIRA writing and specifications, knowledge of overall scrum (different stages), prioritization of stages

  • Strong with Content (releases bi-weekly updates – send out email to sales leadership)

  • Knowledge of preparing product Guides (what sales use to understand our products)

  • Ability to work with resources from different organizations

  • Ability to synthesize ideas into simple, concise statements and core messages
