What will you be doing?

This role is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes S&N product superiority. Responsible, in coordination with the regional marketing Managers to drive revenue and market share for the Division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor.
  • Conduct product presentations to different customer level: physicians, nurses, purchasers, decision makers.
  • Conduct product training to in house. Training to include product features and benefits, positioning, competitive advantages, role play, etc.
  • Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs making recommendation to management when appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the BU staff and regional marketing managers.
  • Act as a communication link between the marketing organization and the BU in order to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related issues.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree relating to Medical and Marketing
  • Three years in product marketing
  • In-theatre and or clinical marketing experience would be ideal.
