Job Summary

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Specialist to manage, grow and develop accounts within local Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. You will own end‑to‑end sales cycle including product demonstration, commercial negotiation, pre‑sales & post‑sales technical support, key stakeholder relationship building and CRM reporting, with full product‑relevant training provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within local Healthcare and Life‑sciences industries.
- Sell scientific instruments, medical devices and diagnostic reagents; conduct product demonstrations (full relevant training will be provided). Negotiate commercial terms & agreements and drive sales closure with customers.
- Deliver pre‑sales and post‑sales technical and application advisory support for customer base.
- Drive business development for existing and new product lines; expand product adoption to sustain market leadership position.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospective clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports via company CRM system.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences or related discipline; 3+ years working exposure to hospital research laboratories and lab workflows is highly advantageous.
- Practical understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and key stakeholders.
- Goal‑oriented and sales‑driven mindset to deliver sales targets.
- Confident, independent and self‑motivated individual with strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
