About the role

As a product specialist your primary responsibility is to influence sales through science- based product education and focus on correct treatment for customers and patients when visiting dental clinics and pharmacies.

You will be one of a team of 5 product specialist reporting to Expert Field Lead Sweden. This role is based in the Stockholm area.

Key responsibilities

  • Training of dentists, dental hygienists and other employees at dental clinics

  • Training of pharmacists and other employees at pharmacies

  • Organizing and conducting courses, seminars & webinars

  • Participation in fairs and exhibitions

  • Some evening/weekend work must be expected as well as overnight travel.

 

Qualifications and skills

Essential

·       Relevant higher education combined with relevant sales experience.

·       Background as dental hygienist, pharmacist, or sales of dental products is an advantage.

·       Very good relational skills

·       Proficient in communication, both in physical and digital meetings.

·       Comfortable with, and interest in working with various IT applications

·       Commercial mindset

·       Solution-oriented with a growth mindset

·       Pedagogical, enjoys conducting training

·       Positive and collaborative

·       Structured and compliant

·       Like to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·       Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English

SEK 540 778,00 - SEK 743 569,20 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
