For our high-precision measuring instruments, we are looking for a technically skilled professional who is eager to develop in-depth product expertise and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers and sales teams. As part of the Product Competence team, you will work closely with Product Management and serve as the key interface between R&D, Sales, and customers.
Job Description- Independently manage and support our viscometry product portfolio
- Perform application-related support, including verification, validation, functional instrument testing, and customer measurements
- Provide application support and technical consulting to customers and international sales teams
- Develop new applications and prepare product specifications, documentation, and software/firmware test concepts
- Contribute to product development projects and the market launch of new products
- Plan and deliver customer and sales training sessions and create training and sales materials
- Occasionally perform instrument installations, commissioning, customer training, and troubleshooting at customer sites in Austria and abroad
- Completed technical degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in a laboratory or a comparable technical role is an advantage
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong customer focus and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient personality
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15%)

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
