The Position
Position: Product Specialist Trainee (Portuguese speaker)
Purpose of the role:
As a Product Specialist Trainee, your main responsibility will be to provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure a rapid resolution of any issues or requests raised. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having the opportunity to collaborate and engage with colleagues in the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines

Maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of our analyzers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Profile:

Students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine

Ability to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements

Fluent in Spanish and English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must

Additionally, you will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional and collaborate with global teams when necessary. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction.
