Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Explain and demonstrate how to use the systems specific to the customers vehicle.
- Personalize features according to customer’s needs.
- Be the “go to” contact before, during, and after delivery for answers regarding technology.
- Help customers feel confident in their vehicle in order to enhance their driving experience.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
- Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
