Brief Job Description:
The Product Specialist - Services will drive value creation and regional business outcomes by evolving ERP product capabilities through targeted enhancements and projects, while supporting Product Owners towards global convergence. The Product Specialist is positioned at the intersection of high business proximity and high standardization, serving as a key enabler of ERP product evolution across the organization.
The Services Product Specialist will support the following areas:
- Oracle eBS Field Service/Mobile Field Service
- Oracle eBS Depot Repair
- Oracle eBS Install Base
- Oracle eBS Oracle Service Contracts
- Other Service related areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver enhancements and process improvements to ERP systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions
- Ensure enhancements are aligned with regional and global strategies
- Consolidate local process variants into a shared global ERP template, ensuring consistency across regions and alignment with the target operating model
- Assess and reduce local customizations and deviations, converging them toward standardized and globally supported ERP solutions
- Identify and eliminate duplicated or overlapping processes and solutions
- Provide expert-level support on complex, non-standard, or recurrent tickets
- Analyze root causes of recurring issues and convert them into enhancement backlog items
- Transfer knowledge to Second-Level Support through playbooks, guidelines, and documentation

- Project Success : Deliver enhancements and projects on time, on scope, and on budget

Qualifications:
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management
- Demonstrated experience in driving ERP enhancements and process standardization across multiple regions
- Track record of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Technical Expertise
- Oracle E-Business Suite – Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience
- ServiceNow – Proficiency in ticket management, workflows, and knowledge base management
- SharePoint – Experience with documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing platforms
- Understanding of ERP convergence methodologies and global template design
