Job Overview:
To manage, grow, and optimise the savings
product portfolio through end-to-end ownership of product strategy, customer
value propositions, digital adoption, regulatory compliance, and sustainable
commercial outcomes. The role is designed to drive product innovation, oversee
lifecycle management, and embed continuous improvement, while working
cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, customer-centric savings experience
that balances innovation,
compliance, and commercial success.

- Actuarial Science qualification
(advantageous), Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
Requirements
- A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in
product management within financial services
- (preferably Savings or Deposits).
- Product Strategy
- Product Roadmap
- Retail Savings and Investment experience
important either from Banks/ Insurance companies/Asset management.
- Proven track record in product development
and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of savings products
and/or retail banking landscape.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Sciences or related field
- Actuarial Science qualification
- 8-10 years' experience in product management within financial services
- Product Strategy expertise
- Product Roadmap experience
- Retail Savings and Investment experience from Banks, Insurance companies, or Asset management
- Proven track record in product development and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of savings products and retail banking landscape
