Position Overview
The Product Specialist Sales works in the mid market segment, in collaboration with the Mexico portfolio owners, to amplify and expand sales in secondary accounts, with technical and commercial skills. This role is crucial to the growth and adoption of Autodesk technology in the most important Mexico accounts.
You will be engaging with established, large Autodesk customers as a product specialist sales representative to position the Autodesk AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) solutions in a manner that drives transformational business outcomes for a specific set of pre-defined high potential customers. You will be driving account planning and customer relationship development with the account portfolio owner, and working with both our internal pre-sales team and partner companies to provide guidance and support to your client’s business goals. You will be able to utilize your combination of industry knowledge, business and sales strategy expertise, product knowledge and account management experience to reach both sales quota and customer value goals.
Responsibilities
Responsible for driving the business to overachieve on assigned quotas
Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Generate incremental new business as well as maintains and maximizes existing revenue stream
Manage execution of strategic sales and marketing programs, including product launches, trade shows, channel development events, and customer forums. Will require collaboration with others not reporting to this job
Requires AEC industry knowledge
Establish and sustain effective long-term customer relationships
Effectively work with partners to generate business and ensure the consistent implementation of company initiatives
Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities
Collaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources as needed
Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities, and guide teams involved
Align team with corporate goals and use SMART goals to deliver results
Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizations
Minimum Qualifications
AEC industry knowledge and Experience
Selling experience with a proven track record of achievement of quota expectations
English- oral and written- 80% minimum
Preferred Qualifications
Qualification in an Engineering or Arquitecture discipline
Consistently overachieved on annual sales quota
