The Role
Territory-based, customer-facing role for a qualified audiologist to drive commercial outcomes by providing clinical product support, training, relationship management, and sales activity across a defined territory. Role includes planning travel, autonomous schedule management, onboarding and ongoing coaching, and collaboration with account managers to grow customer business and improve end-user outcomes.
Summary Generated by Built In

Are you an audiologist ready to take your career in a new direction while staying connected to the hearing industry and making a real difference?

Do you enjoy technology, building relationships and the idea of a role where no two days are the same?

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond a traditional clinic-based role and into a dynamic territory sales position where you’ll work with innovative hearing technology, support customers to grow their business, and help improve outcomes for end users.

If you’re self-motivated, curious and excited by the idea of a role that offers variety, autonomy, flexibility and impact, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

About the role

This role is ideal for an audiologist ready to take the next step beyond direct patient care and into a relationship-driven, customer-facing role within a broader commercial environment.
As a Product Specialist in the GN Sales Team, you’ll use your audiological expertise and professional credibility every day while building your commercial and customer partnership capability and continuing to make a meaningful difference in outcomes for end users.

You’ll own a defined territory and work closely with customers to understand their needs, build strong relationships and drive commercial outcomes. Partnering with the Account Manager, you’ll drive sales through your clinical expertise, product support and training.

This is a highly autonomous role that offers the flexibility to manage your schedule, plan your travel and focus your time where it will have the greatest impact across your territory. If you’re looking to step away from the routine of a clinic-based role and into something more varied and dynamic, this role offers exactly that.

While this is a field-based role, you’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone. You’ll be set up for success with comprehensive onboarding, training and ongoing support across sales, systems, reporting, commercial capability and territory management. Your Field Manager will provide coaching and guidance to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed, and you’ll have dedicated time for planning and administration so you can effectively balance customer-facing responsibilities with the broader requirements of the role.

You’ll also be backed by more than 100 dedicated colleagues at Head Office and be joining a high-performing sales team known for achieving some of the strongest employee engagement scores across GN.
