Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Specialist (Trust and Insurance focus) to enhance our product distribution business and drive the growth of our regular product program to increase product. With a client-focused approach, the specialist will be responsible for preparing trust and insurance reports, conducting thorough market research, and providing well-researched investment recommendations, contributing to the success of our product distribution efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Provide wealth planning advisory services to HNW clients on cross border asset holding structure, estate planning, succession planning, and asset protection issues
Act as an expert resource for trust/ insurance products, supporting both prospects and existing clients
Establish relationship and work closely with external parties such as tax advisors, law firms, trust and insurance companies/brokers to facilitate the design and implementation of solutions
Serve as a technical, marketing and developmental expert and resource on matters of wealth planning, both for prospects and existing client relationships
Stay current in taxation/ trust/ insurance knowledge and other new developments in various offshore jurisdictions
Provide ongoing education and handle enquiries from/ to marketing team on trust and insurance products
Support sales team through client call/ meeting to enhance client experience and business results
Prepare write-ups to promote wealth planning business
Share wealth planning topics in various client events
Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines, STEP qualified preferred
At least 10 years of relevant client facing experiences and stable track record is preferred
Knowledge with taxation and trust regulatory with jurisdictions of dedicated market(s), experience in insurance sales will be a big plus
Proficient in Office software such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Attention to detail and well organized, ability to analyse with judgment and high level of professional and personal integrity
A team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
Strong command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
