The Opportunity
Within Weir Software Solutions, this Santiago-based role focuses on Micromine Pitram across the Americas. You will work directly with mining operations to optimise fleet management systems that drive daily production decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity to bridge mining and technology—helping customers unlock real-time insights, improve efficiency, and influence how digital systems are adopted across complex operational environments.

What you need to succeed
- Degree in Mining Engineering, IT, Geology, Mechatronics or similar
- Hands-on underground mining or operational site experience
- Experience with mining systems, OT, or software implementation
- Working knowledge of databases and networking (SQL, Oracle etc.)
- Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing roles
- Willingness to travel (25–30%) across the Americas and globally
