Job Description:

Join Johnson & Johnson’s Spine team and play a key role in advancing innovative medical technologies that transform patient outcomes. In this dynamic sales role, you’ll grow market presence, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and become a trusted expert in advanced spinal products. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by analyzing territory potential and setting clear, achievable sales objectives.
  • Identify, classify, and develop new specialty accounts while expanding relationships within established accounts.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned spine products, including competitive landscape awareness.
  • Deliver in‑service education and product demonstrations to ensure proper usage by healthcare professionals.
  • Implement effective territory coverage plans to increase penetration, conversion, and product upgrades.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and environmental changes to support strategic decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high‑quality customer experience aligned with J&J standards.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, professional appearance, and proper care of all company‑assigned materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject area.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities when engaging with healthcare professionals.
  • Highly responsible, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and lead priorities effectively.
  • Consistent track record of achievements and previous experience in medical or specialty products is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to travel as required.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
