Toyota of Orlando is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and goal-driven individuals to join our growing Product Sales team. No automotive sales experience is required—we provide paid training to help you get started!

WHAT WE OFFER
- $800 weekly guaranteed draw, subject to the terms of the compensation plan

REQUIRED WORK SCHEDULE
Full schedule flexibility is essential for this position. Our sales team works around customer demand, including evenings and weekends.
- Five scheduled workdays per week
- 9–11-hour shifts
- Weekend availability is required, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as scheduled
- Full flexibility to work morning, daytime, evening, and night shifts, depending on business needs
- Two consecutive days off each week, based on the assigned schedule. Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers, build relationships, and identify their vehicle needs
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives
- Help customers explore vehicle options and guide them through the sales process
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
- Participate in required training and perform other assigned duties

- Must have a valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
- Must have a clean driving record for the past three years, meeting company and insurance eligibility requirements.
