Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Accountable for achieving agreed productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales
- Develop Account business plans and implement related activities like customer events, marketing campaigns, customer meetings necessary to achieve agreed objectives
- Have a deep understanding in the respective area and priority products: knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, market access and tender strategy, company developments, customers, and competitors
- Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various and digital communication channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship in accordance with Company procedures
- Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives
- Provide input into effective use of territorial budget and sales forecasting
- Follow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Sandoz. Demonstrate Behavior in accordance with Sandoz code of practice.

- Established Network to target Customer Group and KOL desirable
- Preferred: experience with hospital sector, biosimilar drugs, and tender system
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
