Position Summary
What you will do day in and day out;
- Build and iterate the level funnel for an optimal balance of user engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate with other level designers, developers, artists, and analysts to ensure levels and features are implemented smoothly and deliver a top-notch player experience.
- Regularly review and update the level design strategy to ensure it aligns with player behavior.
- Define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and interpret results to make data-informed product decisions.
- Prioritize tasks and features in alignment with business goals and player satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent delivery of new content (levels, features, events) by working closely with cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
- Follow industry trends and innovations in the puzzle and casual gaming space to keep our product fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a university with a strong academic standing.
- Experience in game development, product management, or level design — ideally in mobile games, especially puzzle/match-3 genres.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Real passion for mobile games and deep understanding of what keeps players engaged.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with a data-driven approach to identify and solve complex problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with ownership and proactivity. #LI-Hybrid
