Mission Statement：
1，负责10-24kV 高压开关柜的结构设计与研发。涉及到柜体机械结构设计、三维建模、工程图、方案优化及技术支持，保障产品结构合理、可靠、可制造，支撑项目交付与产品迭代，并确保产品符合客户要求及IEC/GB标准。
2，通过良好的产品知识和行业认知经验，支持LCA授权柜合作伙伴，助力其提升市场竞争力，获得更大的成功，实现共赢 。
Main Accountabilities
· 根据项目的具体要求进行标准结构方案的选型及非标准方案的设计。完成 10-24kV 高压开关柜柜体等机械结构设计
· 独立完成中等复杂项目的中压开关柜设计，使用 SolidWorks完成3D 建模、输出 2D 工程图、材料清单 BOM、加工 / 装配技术要求
· 了解客户实际需求，根据一次系统图、用户技术规范，完成结构方案设计、成本与工艺评估
· 推进柜体结构标准化、模块化、通用化，提升设计效率与制造一致性并确保结构满足GB/T 3906、IEC 62271及温升、绝缘距离、防护等级 、机械寿命等型式试验的要求
· 配合样机试制、装配问题整改、型式试验样机支持
· 按照项目计划和项目成本安排调整自己的设计和校对时间，确保项目交付及时且高质量，协助团队完成团队设计指标
· 识别和评估项目设计存在的风险，并给出合理的建议消除风险；积极探索项目潜在的机会，分析成本效益和项目影响，能够提出措施提高设计效率和项目利润。
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· 大学本科及以上学历，机械设计制造专业
· 3年以上中压成套产品设计开发经验，熟悉中压成套产品标准和设计规范，熟悉中压成套产品结构、一次原理，熟悉中压成套产品生产制造、工艺流程。
· 较全面、系统地掌握电力系统知识，了解中压开关柜的相关技术，流程及制造标准。熟练使用微软办公软件，AUTOCAD、SolidWorks等相关绘图软件。
· 熟悉IEC,GB,DL等中压开关柜标准及设计方案
· 具备较强的学习能力和团队精神。能在压力下保持积极的工作态度。
· 良好的团队合作能力，工作主动负责，愿意承担额外工作任务。
· 良好的问题分析和决策能力
· 有较强的沟通能力以及开放包容的态度
· 具备良好的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术资料或进行基本的口语沟通

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing medium-voltage complete switchgear products.
- Knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear standards, design specifications, structures, primary principles, manufacturing, and process flows.
- Comprehensive knowledge of power systems and medium-voltage switchgear technologies, processes, and manufacturing standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related drafting software.
- Familiarity with IEC, GB, DL, and related medium-voltage switchgear standards and design solutions.
- Strong learning ability and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude under pressure.
