We are searching for the best talent for Product Specialist to be in central-north of Israel.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will be the key expert and ambassador for our pharmaceutical products. Your primary goal is to promote and educate healthcare professionals about our medications, ensuring they are well-informed about their features, benefits, and proper usage. Your in-depth product knowledge and strong communication skills of the Arab community will help us expand our market presence and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and educate healthcare professionals about pharmaceutical products to optimize their understanding and usage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and medical staff within your territory
  • Achieve sales targets and increase product awareness within the medical community
  • Provide detailed technical and scientific information about products to healthcare providers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies during all promotional activities
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product launches
  • Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, meetings, and customer interactions; report regularly to management
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product promotion
  • Strong scientific knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic promotional plans
