Job Description
As the automotive aftermarket Product Specialist, you will be responsible for designated product lines that requiere the development of compelling go-to-market offers designed for a broad range of mobility users that are serviced through diverse channels.
You will work cross functionally with a team of Product Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Workshop Network Consultants, Market Intelligence, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics teams in a fast-paced and agile working environment, where your skills will be visible to multiple management functions throughout the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic development of the Mexican Automotive Product Portfolio of Batteries
- Ownership and organization of core program in terms of maintaining country product roadmap, ensuring consistent product quality, competitive pricing across channels, forecasting accuracy, optimized supply, advocacy through training, sales promotion and communication.
- Develop new product coverage by means of OE research and benchmarking to ensure a competitive, sustainable and market-relevant product program.
- Drive revenue objectives, target profitability, sales planning, inventory and service levels.
- Customer Facing: extensive collaboration with the commercial team to develop your product categories within the Distribution (Wholesale partners, Retail accounts, independent Workshop and Bosch Service network).
- Develop and expand commercial offers to drive customer share of account and market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering

3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably product management / project or process management in automotive, industrial or manufacturing settings

Proven success in taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong drive and energy for results

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills within a professional setting

Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities
-
Experience in leading a project and working with cross-functional teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

English professional proficiency, as direct working environment requires written and spoken communication within an international setting

ERP experience, preferably SAP
