The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in product development. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development, launch, and enhancement of AI-driven products, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.

Your contributions:

  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to define product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into product specifications and feature requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points in the AI space.
  • Evaluate AI technologies and platforms to recommend integration opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders effectively.
  • Oversee product testing phases, gather feedback, and ensure product performance aligns with customer expectations.
  • Analyze product usage data to inform decisions and optimize product features.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for internal teams and customers on AI products.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers and address technical queries related to AI functionalities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI product development.
  • Gather user feedback post-launch to drive continuous product improvements and enhancements.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role, preferably in AI or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, and data visualization software is a plus.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
