Responsible for selling the SecurID Identity suite of products and services (Authentication, Access & Governance & Lifecycle), they will develop relationships with end-users of organizations and be the continued trusted advisor around all things Identity

What you’ll achieve
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for selling the full suite of RSA Identity solutions and services in helping customers mitigate against cyber threats. The Account Director works in the federal government space with a set of named accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
You will:
- Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
- Grow the federal government business to attain financial objectives and win new business
- Manage account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams and channel resources to ensure alignment across the organizations
- Lead sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account
- In-depth oral, written and presentation communication skills to interact with C-Level execs, staff, vendors, partners and customers.
- Regularly engage with decision makers at customer facilities in performing primary duties
- Provide sales leadership and experience on large direct and channel driven opportunities

Essential Requirements
- 15 years of experience selling technology solutions in Australia federal government. Preferably Identity solutions
- Solid track record driving revenue in fed gov accounts in Australia as well as proven new business acquisition skills
- Proven ability in closing large deals within the Fed gov sector
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- Cybersecurity selling experience
- Successful track record selling in Identity space
